Job summary
A company is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Web & Mobile Application Support Engineer to maintain, support, and improve our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UI/UX design tools (especially Adobe XD), application troubleshooting, and domain/server management.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Application Support & Maintenance:
Provide first- and second-level support for web and mobile applications.
Monitor system performance and resolve application issues promptly.
Troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues.
Coordinate with developers for bug fixes and updates.
Perform application testing before deployments and upgrades.
UI/UX Design & Optimization:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Adobe XD.
Improve user experience based on feedback and usability testing.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate UI implementation.
Maintain UI consistency across web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user journey analysis and recommend UX enhancements.
Domain & Server Management:
Manage and configure domain registrations, DNS records, and hosting environments.
Handle SSL certificate installation and renewal.
Monitor web servers and ensure uptime and availability.
Assist in deployment processes (staging to production).
Work with cloud or on-premise hosting providers.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain technical documentation and support logs.
Create user guides and system documentation.
Report system health, uptime, and support metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Minimum of a BSc.
